TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

 

Pricing quoted is based on an 8-hour week day, Mon-Fri. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday inclusive 7.30 am – 3.30 pm, with 30 mins for lunch break. Out-of-hours or weekend working is not included/anticipated but could be arranged if required, subject to extra cost.

 

In the case of any requirement for additional scope or the occurrence of delays outside of Safety Group’s control, extra days would be charged at £450.00 per person/per day. Additional equipment hire charges would be charged at cost + 20%.

Accommodation and subsistence (where applicable) would be charged at £95 and £25 respectively, per person per night.

 

 Safety Group cannot be held responsible for any inclement weather or other situations which could be considered Force majeure. 

 

Stoppage time due to others or return visits to areas we have already been to, would be charged at £56.25 per hr. per person.

 

We have assumed that the Surveyor will have clear & unrestricted access to all areas requiring inspection, as far as can be reasonably expected, including access / accessibility for a vehicle.

 

Our offer assumes that site facilities (if any) will be made available to our assessors.

 

Our offer assumes that a secure storage area (where possible) will be made available for our use whilst on site.

 

We have allowed for the use of access up to 1.8m. Any other access / working at height equipment (such as manual or powered mobile platforms etc.) will be charged at cost + 20%

 

Safety Group reserves the right to claim damages for any losses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement by the Client of the Services, including loss of profit, costs including the costs of labour and materials, damages, charges and expenses.

 

Safety Group normally requires a minimum of 10 working days notice prior to visiting the site for the purposes of conducting Survey work although shorter notification periods may be possible, subject to mutual agreement.
